This Privacy Policy explains how Vladimir Pogozhev (MindFlash Studio) (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information in connection with the DiaBalance mobile application (“the App”). Most meal, product, recipe and hydration data stays on your device unless you explicitly share it. Some limited account, purchase, credit and AI-feature data may be processed to provide paid features and AI-generated content.
DiaBalance offers optional consumable in-app purchases called AI Credits. AI Credits can be used to generate AI-powered meal plans and recipe instructions inside the App.
Payments and billing are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. DiaBalance does not collect or store your full payment card details.
The App may store purchase-related information such as product ID, transaction ID, credit balance, and credit usage history in order to provide purchased credits, prevent duplicate credit grants, and maintain access to purchased features.
Purchased AI Credits do not expire. AI Credits included with a subscription may reset monthly according to the subscription plan.
For users in the EEA/UK, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for personalized/non-personalized ads and analytics. You can review or change your choice at any time in the app’s Settings → Privacy.
These providers process data under their own policies and receive only the minimum necessary information.
We do not sell your personal data. On-device data is not shared unless you export or back it up yourself.
Meal, product, recipe and hydration data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Exported backups follow the retention of the destination you choose. Purchase and AI Credit records may be retained for as long as needed to maintain your credit balance, restore purchases, prevent duplicate grants, resolve billing issues, and comply with applicable requirements.
The App is not intended for children under 13. If a child provided data, contact us to delete it.
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Because data is local, most actions are available in-app (edit/delete entries, clear local storage). Contact us for assistance.
We apply industry best practices; however, no method is 100% secure. Keep your device updated and protected.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, shown in-app.
